When I picked up this book, I thought it was going to be a simple story about a foundling and the process of incorporating the baby into a family. Instead, the story takes the reader on a a river with many tributaries, all of which culminate in a completely satisfying end. There are few books I have read that I literally couldn't put down, but this is one of them. The characters are well developed and ever-evolving and oh, so lifelike. They could be your best friend or your mother. You know these people!I only would like to have had a real book as opposed to my Kindle, actually, for this story because it is rather intricate sometimes, and I like to look back to previous pages to remind myself of names and places, which is easier to do with a real (paper) book. I haven't got the technique down yet on a Kindle.
Anyway, I highly recommend this terrific book! I'm looking forward to reading more of this author!

Treasure Found is full of twists and turns as a good mystery should be. Bundy creates characters you feel like you know. This is a story of longing, love and desperation gone bad. It is a page turner for sure.
Treasures Found by Kathryn Ewers Bundy was not what I expected at all, and that's what made me like it. Everytime I thought I knew what would happen next, the writer took me there then gave the plot just enough twist to keep me reading. Ms. Bundy's writing is good, and her characters are likeable. Someone who is looking for the stereotypical happy ending would not like Treasures Found.
